Excellent Hotel with Great Location
helpful staff clean room convenient area
I found the staff very helpful. My room was clean. The area is very convenient and appealing.
The recessed ceiling lights did not switch on in my room. The bedside USB ports were also not functional. This was an inconvenience .

easy access afternoon snacks
the location allowed easy access to many attractions i could walk to museums and restaurants the hotel offered afternoon snacks a bonus returning from sightseeing.
the ceiling lights in my room did not switch on also the bedside usb ports were not functional i found this slightly inconvenient

mold presence loose tiles
The location proved acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room's condition was substandard. The bathroom showed clear signs of deterioration with mold or dirty caulk present around the shower area. Several tiles were loose. It needed maintenance.
